Public or private life ? - Health reform in Chile

            In chile should improve its healthy system and become in a aqual sistem, unless have privileged people but for all. i disagree with the quality of the healthy in chile.

         Apparently if you don't have enough money, youl can not access to a good healthy service. In chile we have two different system of the care of yours life, are the public and the private. Pitifully there is a great inequality between both systems. This is because the financial income (money)  is badly invested. The influence of many privates in charge with the country health harms the public sector. In a clinic, everything is most confortable than a public hospital, the difference is evident in the tools, the treatmnent of the doctors, etc.

        Drugs, the customer care and the medical treatments are very expensive. when the doctor tell you that you need a pill or a treatment for a disease, you quickly think in the money. Another thing, the quality of the personal (i say of the doctors, auxiliaries. etc) in the private sector is better than the public, and that is just for the pay that they receive. Another factor is about the medical vehicles, to a hospital , the ambulances are scarce due to the fact that revenues are not directly invested in them. The wait for your turn sometimes is a disadvantaged because the hospitsl suffer of a collapse of patients. Last one, and i think that some very important, The right to health is not guaranteed in the Constitution, but only the right to choose between being in FONASA or Isapres.

      In conclusion, to Chile, to be able to raise their quality of health system. The government is solely responsible. so, i dislike the The existing health system in Chile.
